Haveing trouble w/ downloads!!!

I started my n64 emulator fever about a week ago. I downloaded project 64 and after that I decided I didnt want pj64 anymore. So I downloaded emu and than I downloaded Blade. Well I decided I would start with a clean slate (because none of my roms would work, my brother soon told me that I was downloading wrong roms) so I deleted everything. So now I'm here, every time I download a new emulator it never unzips all the folders, or it sais I'm trying to open it from the wrong place. It is starting to make me mad and I dont know what to do. Will somebody help me please?

Uhm... I think you're doing something wrong. You need to save the zipfile to the harddisk and extract the files from there.

Umm 1964 and pj64 have their own installers. Just double-click the file.
