No, it won't. This rsp's only functionality is to output sound as HLE. Whatever plugin you use, the sound becomes HLE. And some jpeg support, too, I supose; but that's all!

yes, it works. It provides HLE audio, MP3 decoding, JPEG decoding, and boot codes for a few games. It works faster than PJ64's RSP.dll. You can use it (need to rename it to rsp.dll in order for 1964 to load it) with 1964_Basic_Audio to get better and fast audio in 1964.
