Good 360 Controller Settings

I am trying for the life of me to find a good 360 controller setting so i can play diddy kong racing but when i am racing, for some reason i am always turnig towards the left and it's very annyoing.

Does anyone have a profile set-up which they find really good and they could host it and I could download it
