getting 2 control pads working on nullDC ?

I managed to get my control pad working on my pc but I cant get the second pad aswell everytime I try to config port 2 all what happened is that both players move at the same (like eg on streetfighter 3rd Strike). tried looking on youtube but all I see is how to config just 1 port. HELP ME

This is DEMUL !!!!

...You must to say DEMUL, not another one.

And I want to know how can configure to works 2 emulators (Demul) in one PC with two screens. I think it´s not possible cause only a emulator can have the control of the gamepad or keyboard or joystick...
