games wont work

im having a problem where any game i try play with chankast (except ikaruga for some reason) does not get recognised. when i try boot up it just goes through the normal dc initial screen and then sits in the cd play menu as if there were no game in my drive at all.
if it matters, my specs are
win2k
athlon xp2400+
geforce 2mx
256 meg ram
i use a virtual drive, mounting games with alcohol 120%

any ideas what the problem could be?

by the way, i know the games work - ive seen them played on other computers. games such as street fighter 3 third strike, marvel vs capcom and sonic adventure 2.

u know the games work?? woah! ur games r probably not bootable, look around the forums and you'll see how you can make ur games bootable.

or try utopia bootdisc works with alot of not selfbootable games in chankast....

try other ver. of dt, such as 3.34 or 3.44......
don't set the config to apsi

i use both dt 3.29 and alcohol 120% to run cdi(s), about 80% cdi that can be run (some of them must use alcohol, i havent try 3.34 and 3.44 in chankast 0.25 because of it doesnt work in chankast 0.20a, and it is trouble to uninstall dt, so i install both dt and alcohol)

256mb ddr ram
