Flashing screen problem

Hi, when i play some games, the screen flash.Do I have to change something in video option?

What games exactly? Paper Mario has a flashing/flickering problem when you use the default graphics plugin, for example. Use Glide64 as a substitute.

how do you do that?

Download Glide63, put its files in the Plugin folder, glide3x.dll in the emulator's folder, start Project64 and select Glide64 as the active graphics plugins (Options --> Settings --> Plugins).

Well, Glide64 should work, provided you have a decent enough graphics card.
