FINAL FANTASY FABLES: Chocobo's Dungeon

I'm trying to run FINAL FANTASY FABLES: Chocobo's Dungeon (Wii) on Dolphin R3263. I am only able to get to the screen that says:"Online interactions not rated by the ESRB." I've tried all the combinations of hacks and other graphics settings, but I am still not able to see the game's intro! Is there any specific build I need, or a setting I need to apply?
