F-Zero X and 1964

First of all, I have a Voodoo Banshee, and I am using Glide64 0.253. I have tried older Glide64 versions as well. I have tried 1964 0.8.3c and 0.7.3. The problem happens in all of the setups I have tried. It doesn't happen in PJ64, so I'm assuming it's a 1964 bug.

Whenever I play F-Zero X, the track occasionally gets weird polygons in it. I have attached some screenshots.

the 3th is due to the bad fog glide64 emulates (that problem should be on all computers). it is also interesting to know the glide64 settings you use.
