Is it possible to extract models/vrml and textures from ROMs with Dolphin(or any GC emulator for that matter)?

Not with dolphin, but thats more of a question to ask in the General GC emulation section. Use the GC tool, it is probably the best. Also, thakis made a BMD viewer for ZWW, SMS, MKDD, Pikmin, Pikmin2, (I think theres a few more)

You must enable some settings in the GFX plugin!
Some tools are able to extract the model files from the image but only for few games!
