Error with Zelda: MM

Whenever I run it, the Nintendo Logo shows up and then the whole screen goes black. When I turn show errors on this is what I get :

Invalid value written to SP_MEM_ADDR_REG
PC = 0x234
Value = 0xB120

My system specs:
Sony Vaio Pentium 4 2.8 Gigahertz w/ 512 MB DDR Ram
ATI Radeon 7500 64mb Video Card
Windows Xp Home

It should be a bad rom. Download GoodN64 from www.smiff.clara.net and follow the instructions.
