Just some numbers about OC/DC in Chankast that might be interesting for some people. I ran each game at 640x480 windowed, no AA/AF, entered practice/sparring mode, let them sit for a while, and then stared as the FPS counter.
Soul Calibur (U)
50% = 83-90 FPS
100% = 91-95 FPS
125% = 77-78 FPS
150% = 66-67 FPS
175% = 58-59 FPS
In Soul Calibur's case it should be noted that frame rates differ quite a lot depending on the stage but generally the trend is the same, the more OC the slower it gets.
Dead or Alive 2: LE (J)
50% = 43 FPS
75% = 43-44 FPS
100% = 36-37 FPS
125% = 35-41 FPS
150% = 43-44 FPS
175% = 40 FPS
200% = 36-37 FPS
DoA2 seems completely erratic. Anything higher does exhibit a gradual loss in FPS until emulation almost locks up (~350%+).
Shuttle SN25P
A64 3800+ Venice
1GB OCZ Plat Rev.2
7800GT (81.95)
