Cannot load .flv file in project 64 1.6

Hey all I'm having trouble loading a .flv file.
Ive tried to put it in the save folder and hit restore that doesn't work.
Ive tried to manually load it and the only formats the program will allow to load are .pj and .zip.
I've hear pj64 can load these files in many a thread so id just like to verify.

.flv is a Flash file format, not a Project64 save file format (neither a savestate nor a battery save).
