Buying desktop for dolphin

I am looking to run Dolphin, both gamecube and wii stuff, and run it well. I want to buy a desktop that is as cheap as possible. I found this one and am not sure if it will suffice:

Dell Dimension 9200
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 2.13 GHz per core
2048MB of DDR2 RAM Memory
160GB Hard Drive
Nvidia GeForce 8600GTS 256MB Video Card (Dual-DVI)

I realize some of this stuff is kind of outdated... What do you think?

That on-board 8600 card will not fair very well with high graphic settings, but you can always upgrade to something better. The processor is a little weak also, but it should do for the most part.

I'd definitely suggest a faster CPU if you want full speed - especially for Wii games.
