I apologize for bringing this up... but I need the binhack.exe file to deal with an echelon bootup (as I understand it), and the link on this forum is no longer functional (neither does googling it turn up anything in english). Is there another place I can obtain it? Also, is it what I need to deal with the echelon bootup hang? I've read multiple threads on the subject and none of them explain this issue in a way I can understand... I'm sure this will result in some sort of flame (since all of the other threads did), but I don' currently have another option.
