What is/are the best combination of emulator(s)/plugins for my system & these game titles?

The best thing you can do is experiment until you find what you like. PJ64, 1964, and Mupen64 seem to be the top 3 N64 emulators. As for video plugins, try Direct64, Rice Video, and Glide64 0.7 ME SP5 w/ Hacktarux glide wrapper.
