Is there any other good emulator for Capcom Vs SNK 2 or SF3 Third Strike? Or is Chankast the only way to play these titles?

Dreamcast is not an emulator.

The thing I like about playing games on an emulator is that they look better on the computer to me. High resolutions and antialiasing, etc. Plus more portable and accessable than a Dreamcast tied to some TV. :borg:

Chankast is the only emulator that supports commercial games.

Well, in the case of CPS-3 (the various flavors of SFIII, Warzard, Jojo etc.) games, MAME won't be supporting them anytime soon (aside from some placeholder code in the MAME source), unless someone can crack the more-than-nasty protection on the CPS-3 boards. Plus, CPS-3 needs both a rom and a CD image to work

The Chankast Team already managed to boot a NAOMI game (Virtua Striker 2) on Chankast, but no word after that. IIRC, MAME has no NAOMI code whatsoever.

Give it time, Im sure other things are in the works but yes Chankast is currently the only emulator out that runs games

Yes, MAMEDEV and other DEV are working on them but not at anytime sooner.

If you want to play dreamcast games..you can just burn self boot games on your dreamcast system and you are all set. No mod or anything required. You only need self boot such as .CDI to burn and run on your dreamcast console..it is best than this emulator.
