Today I tried something out:
I took a win dll (glNintendo.dll) and I convert it with the help of Wine to a *.so.
The problem is that mupen64 doesn't recognise this *.so. Is this possible that I can use the *.so ???

No that wouldn't be possible. The calls within the dll file would be completely different under Linux, the Glide API acts different between the 2 OSs.Originally posted by Sri Narayan

Also, doesn't Wine just change it to a .so for its own reference, not actually changing the original file content?
