    Question how do you take pics of your desktop

    hey i have a question for all of you how do i take a snapshot of my desktop im having a problem and i think it would be better to show whats wrong....i actually trust the people on this forum over microsoft for help...and i have just always wanted to know how to take pics of my desktop!

    press printscreen, then paste into an are program like paint and that's it

    Yes, and Alt+Print Screen will take a picture of only the current application.

    These dont always work though. I just got the LOTR game and I'm having a problem with it and they have coded out the print screen button so it wont take a shot of it.
