whenever i try to launch UltraHLE it says,"a required .dll file,GLIDE2X.DLL, was not found." I downloaded glide2x.dll but it still displays the message. What's wrong?

You don't have a voodoo graphics card do you?
Odds are that you don't.
Look for a thing called a glide wrapper. Evoodoo is the best I can think of. Copy the Glide2x or glide3x.dll that comes with it to your system, or system32 directory, then run the program that came with evoodoo.
