I have downloaded 1 file that is split into three different parts. Im told to get Winrar to somehow join the three parts together, but is it possible to do that with Winzip?

u wont be able to do that with winzip though its impossibleand 2nd winrar isn't big at all i think u should download it

I just don't understand how you would do it with WINRAR..
just install it and u will see it u will find that all 3 are combined into 1 file and after that u can unzip it
first extract the files inside the 3 rar files and then re-rar it with winrar into 1 file (make sure you don't set a maxium 1 part file size limit)

Winrar will automatically join the three files. Just select the first part of the archive.
just extract the .rar with winrar and thats it! u can delete the rar files if u want once uve extracted it

Use Ultimatezip, it's freeware, and supports *.ACE, *.RAR, *.ZIP, and quite a few others. (It also supports multi-file archives)
