Where do I put PJ64 Initialization File v2.0 ?

...in the same folder as the exe, or the Plugins folder? I only ask because I put the files in the exe folder and I seem to have copies in the Plugins folder also...

Hmm, I dont know about the copies in the plugins folder, but they belong in the root folder (same as the exe). You can probably delete the ones in the plugin folder.
