New guy needs help

I know nothing of programming, UNIX..nothing,
but I have a good understanding of how things work..and can generally follow simple instructions,...so..

When My brother told me what he wanted for Christmas..(a DREAMCAST) he told me of the NES emulator..so here I am..I need to know

1) What to Download?
2) what it is?
3) How to download it?
4) how to set it up?

I am a MAC user

Hi there are lots of mac guides for burning these emu's for the DC obviously you need a cdr drive though!
But check out www.dcvision.com (got some guy's there who can help you)
