    Talking Dk64...

I was wondering.... I start this, *DK" and while in the middle of intro I see Donkey swimming... is this a bug? but 1964 says its "Playable"... or perhaps it a possible problem in my PC itself... Its really cool to see DK in PC after TV... LOL... but really Coolest to see it perfectly working... LOL

Planning to fix it in 0.8.xxx if its a bug?

    its a dk issue
you can go in the menu while dk is in the water and say exit then try one of the banana port wich brings you to the rest of the intro

or before you start the game turn off story mode...

But can't this issue be solved in next version of 0.8xxxx

I am really interested in knowing this... can't this issue be solved in new release of 1964? (0.8.xxx) ??

In PJ64, I can view the full intro but I still love 1964... kinda cool for me...LOL

Its really cool if Jabo develops a plug-in for 1964 (supporting DX8/9) beta is already out right....

Afaik Jabo and Zilmar have stopped working on Pj64, and has stated so on several occasions. The reason for why Jabo decided to go with Dx6 is because it has all the features N64 emulation requires. If this is going to be fixed, if feasible, in the next release of 1964 is up to the authors to decide... And they are probaly the only persons who can answer your q.
