These are Codebreaker codes in this format:

ADDR1
VALUE1
ADDR2
VALUE2

EDIT: you can use them with CheatEngine, just click "Add Address Manually" enter ADDR1 and confirm.
Then double-click the current value and enter "0xVALUE1" and activate the code AFTER the game boots, not before.

Is this the correct procedure?
