Majora's mask snowhead temple problem/glitch?

So I've been using project64 to play majora's mask and the game is running perfectly, but when I got to snowhead temple, I saw a stray fairy in a bubble. I tried to shoot her with an arrow but I can't seem to hit her! I don't know why but the arrow just flys trough the bubble like I was shotting at a wall. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

It is not a problem with the emulator, there is a wall there that can only bee seen with the lens of truth. One of the sides is open.

At least it is the case if you are talking about the fairy in the room right to the entrance, in the pilar in the middle of the lava.
