Xbox 360 Wireless Controller won't show up on dropdown menu in Project 64.[SOLVED]

I have a Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver and a Xbox 360 controller. The controller works fine and in the control panel it says that it is working properly. In Project64 2.1 when I try to change to the controller in the controller plugin it is not listed in the dropdown menu. Yes I know there are a lot of threads talking about this issue, but none of them fixed my problem. What should I do?

I'm not sure that will support it, try n-rage 2.3c
