no sense in using windowblins under xp anyway. its got the ability to use themes from start (themexp.org).
...and on really romantic evenings of self, I go salsa dancing with my confusion...

sounds as if he wants the effects that are in XP as a WB skin for a non-xp OS. yes ? if so, i don;t know, but check around the normal site (themexp.org) and others
