Go to www.emulation64.com, scroll down the menu on the right and click chat. Click yes to allow the ActiveX control to download, type a nickname, select a channel, select a server (if neeed), click connect now and voila, your on.

can't
1st of all the page is called chat.php which is filtered out by the proxy
2ndly the proxy filters it so that only http/ftp packets come in or out.
