Gameshark problems in GE

Whenever I try to add a gameshark cheat to goldeneye it won't give me the error:cheat added but instead an illigal operation one and shut down pj64. When i re-open it the code isn't added. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

There are more codes in the database for Goldeneye than PJ64 can use, therefore if you want to add codes, you need to delete some of the existing ones.

AHH when i tried to delete some in txt version almost all were gone so i d/l the new version. I dont care anymore
