    Paper Mario issue

Okay, so I read the GameFAQ and it says to get rid of the flicker try a 3rd party plugin. So I tryed Glide64 and Rice's plugin. It gets rid of the flicker but it goes pretty slow. Is it just my specs?.. Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller

I'd say blame Intel, and get yourself a decent graphics card.

Do you know of any other 3rd party plugins? Or is there any?

Yes, there are quite a few actually, but most of them (if not all of them) are so ancient that they're not really worth using. You might want to try glN64 if you are really desperate.

    Recommend testing with GLN64.
    Also recommend a lower resolution.
Failing above, follow first advice given in this thread.

If that's out of the question, you could also try 1964.
