Problems with Wrestlemania 2000, no mercy and others

hi guys I used to play these on my old pc that had a Intel P4 3ghz, 1.5gb of RAM and a AGP 8X ATI Radeon X1950 512MB and I could play on 1680x1050 on my 22inch with 2x SAI smooth and 6X AA And 6XAF and i never had a problem once with it

Now I got a new PC with a AMD Athlon X2 64 bit 4600+ dual core 2.4ghz, 4gb of RAM and a PCI-X16 ATI Radeon HD 4650 1GB I try to play on the same settings and you would think i'd get much much better performance instead i get this





On my old pc i was using Windows XP Professional SP2 and on my new pc It's Windows XP Professional SP3 any ideas guys
