Error with 1964

I am using OpenGl with 1964. I have everything i need and everytime i got to get it to run without the black screen it says i need open it in full screen. So i do that but then i got a weird Spanish message "No se puede alojar el buffer trasero" and then i get another pop-up saying "Error setting display mode"
I have no clue what is going on! Could someone please help me. :Also before i try to put it into full screen it says Gfx cannot be drawn in window mode."
Please help.
