Issues with Project64 and OoT
Okay so i just downloaded Project 64 and Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
I can hear teh game but i have a black screen. My graphics settings are:
Render Engine: OpenGL
Combiner Type: To Fit Your Video Card
Color Buffer: 32-bit(def)
Depth Buffer: 16-bit(def)
Window Mode Resolution: 640 x 480
Full Screen Resolution: 640 x 480
Full Screen Frequency: Default Hz
Texture Enchancement: N64 orignal texture (No enchancement)
Enchancement Control: Normal
Force Texture Filter: N64 Default Texture Filter
General Options
Enable Fog: Yes
Enable SSE: Yes
Software T&L: Not Available
Skip frame: No
Display Tooltips: No
Default Game Options
Normal Blender: No
Normal Combiner: No
Fast Texture: Yes
Emulate Clear: N/A
Fine Texture Mapping: Yes
Force Buffer Clear: No
Draw Big Textures: N/A but Yes
Frame Update at: At Vi origin change(default)
N64 Frame Buffer: None(default)
Now if there is anything i can change so that i can see the game that would be great. However I can't use DirectX for some reason it is weird on my computer.
Thanks a bunch!

Have you tried using a different video plug-in besides the default?

oh no i will do that thanks.
Okay, umm i still get the same result with my plug-ins. However I cannot us Jabo's Direct3D8 1.6 or Jabo's Direct3D6 1.5.2 becuase i get messages.
For D8 i get " Direct3D failed to initialize
Error Code: 8876086C
D3DERR_INVALIDCALL"
If there are any plug-ins that you know off that i could use would you be kind enough to post them. Thanks.

update directx http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
also updating your graphics drivers can't hurt. So just go to the manufacturer's website and download the latest release for your card.

Neither Rice's plugin nor Jabo's Direct3D8 would have worked right with Intel's integrated chips anyway. You aren't the first one to have this problem so I suggest that you search the board for similar topics.
