ive been working on a texture pack but 90% percent of the time when i press f3 the screenshot is totaly black. am i pressing the wrong thing or is it a know bug

Do you still have the problem when you change graphics plugins?
What ever the case... you're posting in the wrong forum. If you truly were given a license by the Project64 team themselves to use Project64 1.7 by paying $20 for it, then you would have access to the PJ64 1.7 members forum.
