Error "Executing from non-mapped space" "Failed to load Word"

Hi, recently I've started replaying Ocarina of Time a lot and everything seemed fine. Suddenly now after going a few rooms into the Forest Temple the error message "Failed to load Word" repeatedly popped up every time I tried to load the game (F7 Restore). Following online advice I turned on the Use TLB preference. The error went away... to be replaced by "Executing from non-mapped space". If I turn off TLB the Failed Word error comes back. By the way my ROM does have that exclamation point next to it meaning it isn't a bad ROM.

You could try changing the self-modifying code to Protect Memory.

There's also the possibility that your save is corrupted...
