    Er...

I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I can get some docs about coding stuff to control the CD ROM in windows. (E.G forcing it to do things that it normally wouldn't) (Preferably in C)

Well. I want to be able to make it move the laser via a command whether there is a disc in there or not and make it think the CD begins there.

I also want to be able to tell it to fire the laser even when there's no cd in there.

I have reasons for this, neither of which I can put into any understandable explanation.
