Problem to config demul

I have my bios files from nulldc (dc_bios.bin dc_boot.bin and dc_flash.bin), but i do not know what to do with them in demul. There is no "select bios file". When i click Run DC it says:

Unable to open "

that doesn't help very much to me.
And a readme is not there why?

Have you selected your Flash file in Config --> Plugins? It sounds like you haven't.

Thank you very much, now the game starts , but not good enought :'(. But i found a sega model 2 version of that game, it worked much better, but it isn't as nice as the DC version.
