    Unhappy Moon Jump

I seem to be having trouble getting any moon jump codes to work. Moon jump codes, or any cheat that is activated by pressing a gamepad button, work via two entries in a code. The first entry is activated once a specific button on a controller is pressed. This, in turn will then activate the second entry which causes the event to happen.

My problem is that even though I have the PJ64 L button mapped to a button on my Sidewinder, the memory address for this button in PJ64 is not at the same address as the L button on the N64. Henceforth the moon jump codes do not work.

I have tried to find the button address by using the information at http://www.x-plorer.co.uk/Faqs/createcodes2.html to discover the Joker command for my gamepad using the software Mem Doctor to search through the memory addresses of PJ64.

If anyone has a solution or another idea I would appreciate the help.

Currently cheats using activators/GS button do not currently work, but take a look at the thread named "New looking Cheats Support", you might like what you see
