    Windows HTPC install, GUI less

    Hi,

I want to run Dolphin emulator on my HTPC (home theatre PC) running windows xp. The PC is a mini itx based system with no user inputs (mice/keyboard), it is controlled via remote, all options to play movies, channels, music etc. are available on TV screen, I have written a windows application for this.
My plan is to show a list of games, selectable via remote, and dolphin launches with the selected game and shows only the game screen on tv. I'll attach a pc game controller to play the game.
I have good c++, media and DirectX programming skills, so I can do some customization and write plug-ins.

    thanks,
    Neeraj

Erm... read this list. If you'll enjoy playing only the games in green, your idea is worth-while. If not, wait until Dolphin matures a bit more.

Yes, but the list is still pretty accurate.

Besides, if he's using a 32-bit OS (I'm assuming he is, but he didn't specify which version of XP so I may be wrong), he'll have to use an older version of Dolphin anyway.

    Question

oh yes, I am using XP 32bit and Dolphin 1.03 Beta. My main query is how to run the emulator without showing it's GUI on screen, and controllable just via game controller?
