How do you make PJ64 work with a USB Flash Drive??

Hi, I'm new to this forum, and I need some help. I want to have PJ64 work where ever I go. I have a USB flash drive and I want to put PJ64 on it. I'm sure somebody here did it before, and I just need like a little instruction aid to guide me through the process. Thanks!

One thing not mentioned in that other thread:
a flash drive's drive letter tends to change depending on the computer you put it in (depending on how many hard drives and partitions it has, other flash drives, CD/DVD drives, etc.)
    Dolphin from SVN r7648:
    x86 Builds: r7648
    x64 Builds: r7648

    Desktop:
    OS: Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 3 | CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 (2 CPUs, 2.40GHz) | RAM: 2x Corsair XMS 2GiB DDR2, 2x Corsair XMS 1GiB DDR2 (6GiB total, 3.25 recognized by XP) | Video: EVGA NVidia GeForce 8800GT 512MiB | Audio: Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeMusic | CD/DVD Drives of note: LG8163b DVD-R
