Paper Mario crashing. A lot.

For whatever reason, I got to chapter 5 in Paper mario (the lavalava islands, for those who care) and I CANNOT make it through the level because Project 64 will just crash with no warning at one or two places.

I have no idea WHY it's crashing, it crashed before, but never like this.

Any ideas?

does it give you an error message saying cache:failed to translate. That's what I get (see my thread). It seems like you got a lot further in the game than me though.
