uhm your system isnt the best today but dolphin should work on it. Main problem on your system is the missing graphic card! Dolphin "needs" a G-card supporting pixel shader 2 to work correct. Another problem is the low RAM... 276Mb isnt much and even far to less with Winxp (win xp eats up to 360Mb ram!!!)
Best thing you can to is to try dolphin but dont expect anything above 2 fps

if u don't know your graphics card go to run and type "dxdiag" and go to display, but if yours is integrated it probably wont work to well with dolphin.

you can modify the allocated memory in your BIOS but since you got low RAM, it's not the best solution. You say you have a 64 MB integrated graphic card, that means you have 340 MB of RAM on your PC because 276 + 64 = 340. But I can't find any 2^x combinations like 1,2,4,8,16,32, etc. Are you sure you have 340MB of RAM?

Wrong. Windows XP's RAM usage is proportional to how much you have. If you have two gigs, it's gonna help itself to a nice chunk of it. If you only have 256MB, it's gonna be more conservative. I have run XP on 256MB of RAM. It's not much fun, but it works.

You also don't need a graphics card with PS 2.0 for dolphin. My card uses PS 1.4 and it works great.
