Another Ocarina Of Time Help Thread

Hey, just got a couple of problems with this game:

    1) Whever i save i end up reappearing in Links House in Kokiri Forest... On the n64 you would either appear at the start of the dungeon you saved in or in the last town you saved in from what i remember (Correct me if i'm wrong)

    2) when i change the screen resolution from 640x 480 to anything higher, the picture of Link in the equpiment menu is replaced by a huge white rectangle

    3) when aiming the slingshot its very hard to make slight adjustments to aim, can i change the sensitivity of the analogue stick, (Using Xbox controller with XBCD drivers)

    Im using PJ64 v1.6
Ocarina of Time (U) v1.2 rom from emuparadise

My Pc is using Vista 64-bit

    Some PC Info

    1022mb Ram
    Nvidia GeForce 8500GT Graphics Card
    AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ 2.10Ghz

I know these are slight problems but its not great at replicating the original game with these problems, so any help would be good. If any more info is neede dlet me know

    James

Make sure that your ROM is good. Unhandled OpCode message almost always means that your ROM is corrupt.

no, it doesn't, but good try anyway.

Unhandled op codes can also becaused by DEP, and memory resident virus scanners. as well as the Nrage plugin if your control isn't plugged in when you start it.

problem 2 is an nvidia driver problem, update your drivers.

still have the white rectangle appear over link at different screen resolutions even with the latest driver... i guess its not particularly big problem, will just keep it in 640x480

thanks for all the help and suggestions anyways

For that rectangle thing, try another video plugin.
