a problem (for me atleast)

Hallo everyone i want to start by saying i am new here so i dont know to much about the dolphin emu....
well to the problem i am trying to get twilight princess to work ok and i ran into the problem with low frames/s im at about 11-14 fps.. tough after reading abit i noticed there was a "frameskip" function implanted wich i tried now to the problem i get about 110-150 fp/s but i can only see the startup things with the health and safety warning and the product logos for nintendo and dolby. after that the intro movie to the meny should start wich it ofcourse doesnt giving me a nice fps but a black screen. i guesss i should add taht it works exelent without the dynarec but with alot lower fps

my speccs is right now
a Core2Duo e6600 at 3.0GHz
a hd2900xt (not overclocked)
vista ultimate 64x
and 4 Gigabyte of ram



as i said i have read the faqs and searched for the issue but i cant seem to find it
would appriciate some help if you(the reader) knows anything about this and or knows how to fix it (if it is fixable)

EDIT: is it only like this in this game? or is it other games to or might it just be the specific .gcm file i got hold off?
if i get a guess about what the problem was it would be that its skipping all the frames is this right or am i just thinking wrong ?
