"ChangeNumPlayers"?

Hey, whenever I try to set up the Pad DirectX9 config, it gives me a message saying "ChangeNumPlayers", and doesn't work. Change the number of players? How do i fix this?

It does not work plug-in is for N64 and dolphin beta 3 does not load it.

Is it possible edit manually pad.ini in the root folder or it only works with keyboard??
