You simply click the area reserved for the touchscreen (the bottom window in most DS emulators). I suggest you use either iDeaS or No$Gba.

Mine is fine. no$gba 2.5b rocks!! iDeaS is getting better everytime. The touch screen works perfectly 100% on both!

    Troubleshooting usualy helps:

    1. Were you clicking with the left button of the mouse? Right button doesn't work.

    2. Were you touching the bottom screen? The top screen does not have touch screen funtionality.

    3. Are you sure you were in an area of the game that involves touch screen interaction?

    4. Are you using an emulator that supports touch screen funtionality? As odd as it sounds, early DS emulators could not accuratly emulate the touch screen.

If the last is what you think is causing the problem, I would suggest you download
    NO$GBA V. 2.5b.

    List of features:

    Touch screen funtionality
    Microphone support
    Ability to render 3D textures
Frame skipping, in case a game goes too slow for comfort
Currently, the largest compatability of any DS emulator

It's why I use it. XP
