I got a ROM for paper mario however the file is blank and it doesn't have a ! on it. I am a complete n00b when it comes to things like this....how can I fix it?

sorry....when I download Paper Mario it does not work...it has a blank icon and when I choose it it says that I should "verify my ROMS with Good64"
When I get Good64 and run it nothing happens...

The "original" GoodN64 is a Windows (or DOS) command-line program and does not have a GUI. If you want a GUI, download GoodWindows or use a universal rom manager such as RomCenter.
