questions on DC emulation

I know how to work SNES and N64 emualtion,and I found it relatively easy to do.
But now I wanna try my hand at Dreamcast emulation. Ive done some research and learned that instead of Roms, Dreamcast emulators use Isos, bios, plus some other stuff I dont really understand.

1.So can someone show me a guide to Dreamcast emulating?

2.which emulator is best/has less glitches,problems, etc.?

3.and can the emulator run Sega Marine Fishing? (Im into fishing games )

The best emulator available is nullDC, and you can run Sega Marine Fishing without problems
