Fire emblem has to be put in Tick Modifier 1 to be played slowly without crashing

My Fire Emblem Path of Radiance has to be put on Tick Modifier 1 to work without crashing, but it is to slow, around 3 fps, and, this way, I find no interest on playing it.
I use dolphin 1.0.3.2.
Please, help me getting it faster without crashing, I realy wanna play it at a good speed!

Welcome to GameCube emulation.

If you didn't get the hint: current line of computers aren't fast enough to emulate the GameCube at full speed. Buy either a GameCube or a Wii and you'll have your "good" speed.

In Portugal, we say "boa velocidade" that means "good speed": I'm used to it.
