how I can play games on project 64 with others players?

With Project64K, which is a basically Project64 1.4 with Kaillera support. Although I'd recommend using another emulator like 1964 for netplay.

Usually the rom needs to be exactly the same (read: down to the CRC) than the one used by the other person.

Also, you can't play using 1964 with someone using Project64k. Dunno about 1964 - Nemu64 or 1964 - Mupen64k
